Blood tests and pathology

We offer over 1,000 blood and urine tests at our city centre clinic. Blood and urine tests can give an overall picture of your health and are useful in diagnosing certain health problems.

It may be that you are feeling generally unwell and would like one of our GPs to carry out investigative tests.

You may already know what tests you require, in which case, one of our friendly GPs will be happy to administer these for you. Common tests include diabetes, liver and kidney function, thyroid and cholesterol.

Certain work roles require you to be tested for certain diseases such as Hepatitis B, MMR and TB; these test can all be carried out by one of our highly qualified GPs in our relaxed clinic.

There’s no waiting times and you’ll get the reassurance that your health concerns are being dealt with quickly. You’ll receive a discreet, confidential service.

Most test results are back within 12-24 hours. Our friendly team can advise on turnaround times for the specific tests you require.

Blood/urine tests can be performed as part of a £55 GP consultation. You’ll have time to talk through your concerns with the GP and they can advise on the most appropriate tests for you.

We also offer a £25 phlebotomy appointment if you know the test you require and are not looking for any advice.

"Good experience, very professional. The building was immaculate, very modern with plenty of natural light. The receptionist welcomed me and showed me to the waiting area, she talked me through what details I needed to provide, she was polite and friendly. The waiting room was smart and comfortable. The clinician was reassuring and very attentive, I felt very comfortable and it was completely refreshing not to be rushed in and out like I’m used to with my local GP."
