Many of us go through tough times that affect our emotional wellbeing. Sometimes these personal problems become so overwhelming that we may need extra help to get us through.
Our fully qualified therapist and counsellor, Sheila Ridgley, specialises in many emotional issues including couple counselling, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, work-related stress, PTSD, bereavement, lack of self-esteem and poor communication.
She works together with individuals, couples and groups, helping to resolve issues and prevent them reoccurring.
