Health screening

A health screening provides a snapshot of your overall health. It can help to identify risk factors or provide early indication of a range of medical conditions, such as cancer or diabetes.

Taking time to review your health can help with peace of mind, or encourage you to make it a priority.

Our consultations also include lifestyle advice on how to improve your health and wellbeing.

We have two health screening options available for each sex:

Wellwoman option one:

Length: 40 minutes / Cost: £295

This health screening is carried out with a nurse, who will review your medical history and assess your lifestyle. Our tests will identify your risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes. We will check the function of your liver, kidney and thyroid. A full blood count will also check for signs of anaemia or infection.

A urine analysis can identify urinary tract infections (UTIs) and this option includes a screen for bowel cancer. Our nurse will also carry out a CA125 test that can detect early ovarian cancer.

Wellwoman option two

Length: 90 minutes / Cost: £445

This option includes the same tests as option one, as well as a consultation and physical examination with one of our doctors.

We will guide you through the process of self-examining your breasts, or can carry this out ourselves if preferred. Additional hormone tests look at your reproductive system, and can detect menopause.
